Supporting Treatment Decisions in Precision Oncology with Knowledge-Graph-Based Computation Reasoning

At the AACR-KCA Joint Conference on Precision Medicine in Cancer, Dr. Petak will present new results demonstrating how Genomate improves precision oncology by enabling consistent, reproducible treatment selection.

Key Highlights:

• We analyzed 178 solid tumors using high-throughput patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models, covering over 1,100 molecularly targeted agent (MTA) monotherapies.
• DDA-generated drug scores consistently identified MTAs that outperformed standard chemotherapy in terms of median progression-free survival.
• Importantly, overall MTA treatment showed no significant benefit over chemotherapy, underscoring the need for systematic and reproducible assignment approaches like DDA.

These findings provide strong evidence that knowledge-graph-based computational reasoning enables consistent and reproducible MTA selection, helping identify patients most likely to benefit from precision oncology compared to standard chemotherapy.
